LEAD Program: Introduction to Conflict Management

The Introduction to Conflict Management module will help you to understand how you react to conflict and learn about how people handle conflict differently.

Teams can get complacent and comfortable. Comfort and complacency are often the enemies of creativity and energy. Conflict can be a great catalyst for creative energy. Groups that learn to navigate through conflict and use it to their benefit can become highly motivated and effective teams. 

It is recommended that you attend the LEAD - Your Leadership Journey workshop before you attend this module, but not compulsory, so feel free to come along! By completing this module you will earn 10 Leadership Points towards completion of the LEAD Program.
